The hotel is located in Upper Tapovan, about 500 meters deep into the forest, making access extremely difficult. Even though we came by car with family, commuting to the market was still a challenge, and parking was risky and inconvenient. We genuinely felt stuck at the property. The private balcony we booked was disappointing—tiny (roughly 5x2 feet) and with no view at all. The only saving grace was the food, which was consistently good. Since getting to the market was so difficult, we ended up having all our meals at the hotel. Overall, except for the food, the experience was disappointing.
